Under 6 Bears player Ruby Tarrant is a force to be reckoned with on game day. Running with a footy in her hands and tackling her mini opponents, has quickly become second nature to Ruby, and she does it all with a cheeky smile on her face. With Rugby League being a family affair for Ruby, she is the newest pint-sized addition to the football field.
Why did you pick football instead of another sport?
Because it’s fun and I love it.

Winning! And it makes me happy. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister who play and they like it to.
What’s the best thing about playing in a team?
I made lots of friends, 5 actually!
What would you tell your school mates who are too nervous to give footy a try?
It’s not scary at all, it’s always fun and funny.
