Rugby Union Last Saturday saw Cowra Eagles dominated Forbes Platypi 36-10. Round 7 will see the Eagles take on Or-ange City at the waratah’s sports oval this Saturday the 29th of May.
Soccer Women’s team lost 8-1, 3rd Grade lost 4-0, 1st Grade won 4-1 with the goal scorers being Clayton Hayes (2), Cam-eron Melton and Mitchell Beer.
Junior Rugby League Under 12’s won against CYMS Gold 14-6, Under 14’s lost to Mudgee 12-10, Under 15’s lost to Dubbo 36-6. Round 5 this Saturday the 29th will see all teams play on home turf with the Under 12’s vs Mudgee White, Under 13’s vs Mudgee White, Under 14’s vs Bloomfield Wildcats and Under 15’s vs Mudgee.
Junior League Tag Under 11’s lost to CYMS Gold 26-28, Un-der 13’s won against CYMS 22-12. Round 5 this Sunday the 30th will see Under 11’s vs Panthers, Under 13’s vs Panthers and Opens vs United.
AFL Round 4 Cowra vs Parkes was called off over the week-end. Cowra Blues will take on the Dubbo Demons in Round 5 at Dubbo this Saturday the 29th of May.
Senior League Tag & Under 18’s Magpies Cowra’s senior League Tag girls and Under 18’s take on Orange Hawks at Wade Park this Sunday the 30th of May. League Tag kicks off at 11am followed by Under 18’s at 12.15pm.
Magpies Reserve Grade. After two weeks of recuperation all eyes are on the Magpies to bring their A-game this Sunday when they take on the Orange Hawks at Wade Park. With some disappointing losses shadowing them, can they claw their way back on Sunday and take home a win? Reserve grade kicks off at 1.30pm.
