Volunteers Needed For Legacy Centenary Torch Relay In Cowra

Legacy Cowra is calling for volunteers to assist with the Legacy Centenary Torch Relay 2023, presented by Defence Health, which will come through Cowra in August.

Applications for volunteers are now open, and Cowra Legacy’s Jenny Friend said it would be a great opportunity to be a part of a significant event.

“We are looking for volunteers to assist on the day of the Relay with Event Operations, roles include assisting with registrations and check in; walking along side Torch Bearers, drivers and general event allrounders,” she said.

“Want to be a part of this once in a life-time event? Join us as a volunteer to assist on the day with local Relays. Support your local community and Lachlan Legacy Club – Cowra Division , by registering to be a volunteer when The Legacy Centenary Torch Relay 2023, visits Cowra.”
