The correct level of insurance coverage can make or break a business, and Morgan Insurance Principal Jim Morgan says his business will ensure it gets its clients the best possible coverage.

Morgan Insurance is a true success story, building its first foundations several years ago and growing to Cowra’s premier local insurance broker. Mr Morgan said his business’ number one focus was getting to know its clients face to face on a local level, ensuring it can understand them on a level the national corporate insurers could not.

“We do all the work for all of our clients, from determining the right policy that covers everything they need it to, right through to processing claims and answering questions. They don’t need to do anything,” he said.

Mr Morgan added his business could provide the full offering of insurance from its head office in Cowra, meaning there was no need to join any long phone queues from phoning a national office.

He said his business’ personal understanding of its clients meant it had the abil-ity to affectively update insurance policies when required. “We’re here in town, and we can see businesses when they change with our own eyes,” he said.

“This means that we can adapt their policies as required and ensure their insurance money is actually covering them for what they need it to, and not going to waste.”
