Do you have a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and are looking for a local service to assist you to meet your goals? Enablement, a new business to town can provide you with in-home supports, social and community access, skill development and recreational activities, seven days a week.

Established by Diane Graham, who has 12 years’ experience coordinating a disability service in the Cowra community, Enablement will work with clients, families, and carers to achieve goal focused outcomes. Diane is passionate, motivated, and committed to providing a quality service that promotes clients’ individual choice.

Maybe you require assistance with personal care, meal preparation or cooking. Perhaps you require support to develop skills to maintain your home and independence, go on a holiday or visit family.

Other supports may include accessing the community for shopping, attending appointments, paying bills, engaging in community programs of interest, or accessing recreational activities, either Enablement’s Diane Graham. in town or in other surrounding towns.

Enablement can deliver these supports one to one, or in a group. They have a person-centred approach and can deliver supports flexibly as required.

Having choice and control over your supports, enables you to use multiple service providers if preferred. "These plans are individual and allow for greater flexibility," Mrs Graham said.

“I am excited to offer clients a service that supports individual choice, is flexible to the needs of the participant, offers new and innovative programs, and works closely with families and carers,’’ Mrs Graham said.
