Melbourne Cup and Remembrance Day

A healthy crowd of people gathered for an annual afternoon of socilaising and punting at the Cowra Bowling Club on the first Tuesday in November for the Melbourne Cup, while around 60 people gathered at the Cowra Services Club cenotaph at 11am on November 11 to commemorate Remembrance Day. Cowra RSL Sub Branch President Steve Overman hosts the Cowra Remembrance Say service on November 11.
