As part of the upcoming Seniors Festival in Cowra, the Cowra Musical and Dramatic Society is thrilled to present a special performance of the classic radio play “Easy Aces - Jane Gets a Loan for Her Brother”. This nostalgic production promises to captivate audiences of all ages with its timeless humour and charming storytelling.

“Easy Aces” follows the adventures of the eccentric couple Jane and Goodman Ace as they navigate through everyday life with wit and humour. Originally airing in the 1930s and 1940s, the play continues to entertain and resonate with audiences today.

Scheduled for March 19 at 12pm and March 21st at 1pm at Club Cowra, this 25 minute live radio play production will transport attendees back to the golden age of radio, providing a delightful evening filled with laughter and entertainment. The performance will feature talented local actors bringing the beloved characters to life, accompanied by authentic sound effects reminiscent of classic radio broadcasts.

All members of the community are encouraged to attend and enjoy this unique theatrical experience. Tickets are $10 and includes a light lunch as well as tea and coffee. And thanks to Seniors Festival 2024 partner, BaptistCare at Home - Cowra, the first 50 tickets booked for each production this year are free!

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the magic of “Easy Aces” live on stage. For more information and to book your tickets call Club Cowra on (02) 6342 1144
