Garden & Montgomerie Solicitors Principal Grant Chamberlain says it’s important for property buyers to use the local, experienced and trusted solicitors at G&M, in the midst of the most competitive real estate market Cowra has ever seen.

The COVID-19 pandemic has seen the demand for living in country areas at all-time highs, with the demand outweighing the supply in Cowra at the moment, which has caused an inflation in the local property market.

With property purchasing being highly competitive at the moment, Mr Chamberlain said his team was keen to form long term relationships with their clients, and ensure they prepared as best as possible.

Mr Chamberlain said that because G&M were solicitors, and not just conveyancers, they could assist their clients with legal disputes if they ever arose.

“We have dealt with many generations, and have been around for over 100 years. We focus deeply on service, and we have a deep understanding of the law,” he said.

Mr Chamberlain leads the G&M team along with fellow Director and solicitor Rachel Roberts.

The team also features fellow solicitors Lachlan Patterson and June Langfield, as well as book keeper Sharyn Brown, receptionist Linda Lowe, junior office assistant Kaitlyn Sanford, secretaries Elyse Sutherland, Rosa Napoli, Phillipa McAlister, Synthia Orrega and Kay Widdows, and office assistant Hannah Chamberlain.

G&M also specialises in business sales and purchases, commercial leases, forming companies and trusts, farm and business succession planning, partnership agreements, estates, wills and powers of attorney, guardianship, criminal and civil litigation, and dispute resolutions.
