Lilla Turns 106!

Cowra local Lillian Patterson – known as ‘Lilla’, celebrated her 106th birthday last Tuesday, December 6th.
She was born in Albury on 06.12.1916. She was married to Phillip Patterson for over 50 years who was the Principal at Camden High School when the Camden/ Cowra High School sporting exchange began in 1972.
She lived in Camden for 40 years then came to Cowra in 2016, and came to live at Bilyara.
She has 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Before she was married she worked at David Jones in Sydney, and during WWII, with the American Army at Leichardt.
