The excitement has been building and now Cowra Showcase has finally arrived. After lots of planning and rehearsals (getting it wrong – getting it right – getting it right again) the cast of Cowra Showcase are looking forward to the actual performance this weekend.

The Cowra Amateur Musical and Dramatic Society (better known to locals as the M&D) has been entertaining the community for almost sixty years but the intervention of COVID-19 in 2020 meant that it is almost four years since our society’s last musical production.

Cowra Showcase is a sparkling production featuring amazingly talented local performers, wonderful music, glitzy gowns and some surprises!Showcase performers range in age from the very young to the not so young and there are newcomers to the Civic Centre stage and veterans of community theatre.

There are three performances only – Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon. Tickets are available through the Civic Centre, online, by phone or in person. The cast of Cowra Showcase intend for you to leave the theatre with a lilt in your step and a song on your lips! Enjoy the show!
