Join us for Cowra Council’s Welcome to Cowra event, a relaxed and friendly gathering designed to help you settle in, connect with your community, and discover everything our beautiful region has to offer.

Enjoy a warm welcome, meet locals, learn about services, and find out how to get involved in community life. Whether you’ve been here a few weeks or a year or two, this event is for you!We will have food catered by Club Cowra, activities such as face painting for the kids, councillors and citizens of the year for answer questions or queries, and best of all free goodie bags with so much info!We’ll have lots of information available about our town and villages; locals on hand to answer your questions; and community and sporting group representatives sharing their details.

Everyone gets a free giveaway bag and gift and there will be face painting for the kids.

You’ll also be in with a chance to win one of our lucky door prizes - family tickets to either the Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival or the Cowra Spring Show!This is event is free, but bookings are essential.
