Rugby Union

1st Grade - Cowra walked away the winners against Orange City with an impressive score of 59-0 over the weekend. They will take on the Bathurst Bulldogs this weekend.
2nd Grade - The Eagles followed in the footsteps of 1st grade winning against Orange City 24-5. 2nd Grade face Bathurst Bulldogs this weekend.

Rugby League

Reserve Grade - The Blayney Bears proved to be too strong against Cowra on the weekend seeing Cowra defeated 40-12. They will take onBathurst Panthers this weekend at Carrington Park.
Under 18’s - Under 18’s had a general bye last weekend, they will also take on Panthers this weekend.
Senior League Tag - The ladies lost by one slim point against Blayney Bears with the scoreboard finishing up at 7-6. They will join Reserve Grade and Under 18’s in playing against Panthers this coming weekend. Despite the losses for the Cowra Magpies over the weekend, the Club celebrated a very special person on Saturday night at the Railway. The Magpies inducted Wayne Browne a.k.a the famous “Browney”, as a life member. Congratulations Browney.

Junior Soccer

This Saturday July 17, soccer will pick back up after a two week break.

Junior Rugby League

Junior league will recommence this week-end following a two week break.
Under 12’s Sat 17th (away) will take on Lithgow Storm in Lithgow.
Under 13’s Sat 17th (away) take on Lith-gow Storm in Lithgow.
Under 14’s Sat 17th (away) will face CYMS in Orange.
Under 15’s Sat 17th (away) will take on St John’s Gold in Dubbo.
Jnr League Tag Sunday 18th
Under 11’s (home) take on Mudgee White.
Under 13’s (home) take on United. Opens (Home) will face Mudgee Red.
