Rugby Union - The Eagles had a surprise visit from Waratahs back-rower and local Hugh Sinclair last week, who swung by to train with them. By all accounts it made for a great night with high spirits all around.

Cowra Parkrun - On Saturday 17 people took to the track, 6 being new timers and 2 recorded personal bests on the day. Don’t forget this is a free weekly event that runs Saturday mornings at 8am. The 5km track is open to all ages and volunteers will time your progress. Everyone is welcome.
