Five tables played a Mitchell on Monday 18th July with the following results:
NS –1st – Eugene Marais and Marianna Xerri - 59.17%.
2nd – Margi Bargwanna and Joan Hurst - 57.92%.
EW – 1st – Jean Mary Fagan and Nola Johnston - 59.58%.
2nd – Vera Penhey and Di Payten - 52.50%.
On Monday 25th July six tables played.
NS – 1st – Peter Fagan and Elizabeth Kelly - 63.33%.
2nd – Barbara Proctor and Jenni Fagan - 62.67%.
3rd – Eugene Marais and Marianna Xerri - 50.67%.
EW – 1st - Gwyn Reid and Nola Johnston - 58%.
2nd – Sally Delaney and Joan Roots - 57%.
3rd – Vera Penhey and Di Payten - 54%.
Names are now being taken for the Australia wide pairs to be held on August 1st.
Results will compete with those Australia wide.
Our Congress will take place on September 10th and 11th with Pairs on Saturday and Teams of Four on Sunday.
