The Badge Draw Hits $10,000

Our regular Badge Draw has reached its Maximum of $10000 and as usual will be drawn on Wednesday and Friday nights after 6pm. “Its LIFE CHANGING” said Club Manager Lloyd Garratt. “It’s a privilege to be able to put this money on offer to our valuable members, it’s a lot of money and in the current economic climate with energy and fuel prices could really be life changing for a lucky member should they be at the Club when their number is drawn”.

Thank You Wendy!!

Thank you to Wendy Matthews for performing an amazing show for over 250 of our members. The show was one to remember with Wendy’s high energy and terrific stage presence coming together with her amazing wit to delight our audience.

Club Cowra Operations Manager Marc McLeish said the Club was extremely happy with the response to the show and has promised to source more entertainment ongoing.

“We are working hard in this space to provide a venue that presents a great show to compliment this calibre of performer for Cowra”. Marc also added that Wendy and her crew were ecstatic with the crowd and the venue and compared it to many of the similar venues of its size in Australia.

“The feedback from the performers and their road crew was really encouraging, so if Cowra keeps supporting us, we will keep the entertainment coming.”

GO! MATILDAS!!

It’s been wonderful to watch the progress of the Matildas in this FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign. It’s also wonderful to see the town and district getting behind our girls Ellie Carpenter and Claire Hunt. The Cowra and Grenfell girls have been impressive and have played a huge part in the Matildas success. To celebrate and support the Aussies we Invite you to wear green and gold when you come down to watch the game LIVE on all screens in CLUB COWRA including CJ’s which will be family friendly. The night will also see our huge $10000 badge draw so there are so many reasons to come on down. If you are wearing green and gold you will receive a ticket to win a $25 entry into our Wednesday market night draw.
