The 2025 Cowra Christmas Festival will be held on Friday 5th December from 6pm - 9pm where Cowra’s Kendal and Macquarie Streets will once again be transformed into a Christmas Wonderland with over 100 market stalls, live entertainment, and late-night shopping with local retailers.
The event has grown from strength to strength over the past few years, with a crowd of approximately 5000 people attending throughout the evening at last year’s event. Demand for stall sites are high, with many EOI already received from potential vendors. To secure your stall, event organiser, Cowra Tourism Corporation, is encouraging application forms to be submitted ASAP.
The below information MUST Be attached on your application in order for it to be processed:
Copy of current (to be current for the event on the 5th December 2025) $20 Million Public Liability Insurance (EVEN if this has been provided previously for other events).
Payment method selected and proof of receipt attached (if you are paying at the Cowra Visitor Information Centre you will need to submit the application when you make payment).
Completed and signed application with specific information regarding the nature of your stall. (Note; if you are selling food at this event you must note the details of the food to be sold i.e. Beef & Vegetarian Nachos, Hot Roast Beef rolls etc..).
Any specific requirements MUST be completed on this application
