Over 50’s are welcome to join Cowra U3A for activities such as Tai Chi, puzzles and educational games

If you are over 50 years of age, love learning or have a subject you are passionate about and would love to share with others, then Cowra U3A might be just the place for you.

The World Wide U3A movement gives older people the opportunity to get together in low cost friendly, relaxed group to share knowledge, learn new things and meet like-minded people and Cowra has one of the over 3000 groups.

Term 4 at Cowra U3A commenced on Tuesday 10 October with Tai Chi at 9.30am , Morning Tea at 10.30am, weekly Trivia at 10.50am and members bringing information about butterflies at 11.00am, at the very central easily accessible location – the Senior Citizens Club (next to Woolworths) in Railway Lane, Cowra. On Thursday we start with Tai Chi, Morning tea & trivia then at 11.00am is Brain Games.

Prospective members are welcome to drop in and pick up a timetable and to visit for a few times before committing to the very low cost of $8.00 per Term and $2.50 per morning to help with admin costs.
