Member For Riverina Michael McCormack MP visited Ability Network's new office in Cowra last week. Ability Network CEO Janis Redford said it was a wonderful opportunity for the Board and Chair Ruth Fagan, along with herself, to discuss the plans for the 'Ability Farm' at its Lyall Street premises with Mr McCormack.

The design of Ability Network's new Activity Centre and Men's Shed are now being finalised.

This will be a purpose built Community Hub on the 5 acres in Lyall St, to be enjoyed by people with a disability, the elderly and the community in Cowra.

It is hoped that the Development Application for the new Centre will go to Council in the next few months, with construction to shortly follow.

"The clients and staff of Ability Network are very excited about the opportunity to work from the new purpose built facility which will be one of a kind in Cowra," Janis Redford said.
